How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 10-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do Brew watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Brew watch is backed by a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing or mechanical defects from the date of purchase.
Are the watch straps interchangeable?
Most of our models feature standard lug widths and quick-release spring bars, allowing you to easily swap straps to customize your look.
Are Brew watches water-resistant?
Our watches are generally rated for 5ATM (50 meters) of water resistance, making them safe for daily wear and light splashes, though we recommend avoiding submersion.
